Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure & Solutions Architecture in Quezon City. This role leads strategic infrastructure initiatives, directs a high-performing engineering team, and partners with C-level executives to ensure secure, resilient enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure, deep virtualization and storage expertise, and a proven leadership track record in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in enterprise IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud architecture.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and advise C-level stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in virtualization platforms, storage architectures, and networking.
• Experience enforcing PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and ITIL in high-security environments.
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving for complex technical programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Infrastructure SME and provide strategic technical guidance to executive leadership.
• Review, validate, and refine pre-sales architectures for feasibility, scalability, and performance.
• Oversee deployment of customer solutions in alignment with Service Delivery and IT Operations.
• Serve as the escalation authority for critical incidents and drive rapid root-cause resolution.
• Lead modernization across multi-tenant virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, and cloud environments.
• Enforce PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and ITIL compliance across all managed infrastructure lines.
