Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee onsite operations at the Alabang site in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. You will lead infrastructure, security posture, and cross-functional integrations to support client-facing operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT, proven experience with US-based clients, strong English communication, and the ability to mentor teams while coordinating across US, India, and Philippines offices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Experience working directly with US-based clients and leading onboarding calls.
• Ability to coordinate across US, India, Philippines teams.
• Strong knowledge of desktop support, LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and systems integration.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Judgment under pressure prioritizing issues by business impact.
• Mentoring or coaching junior colleagues is a plus; formal management not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Infrastructure & Operations for the Alabang site.
• Maintain availability, performance, and security posture of local network, desktops, and endpoints.
• Oversee integrations between internal systems and troubleshoot cross-system issues.
• Manage vendor and tool relationships for local IT stack.
• Represent Pinnacle's IT capability to US-based dealership clients during onboarding.
• Co-manage cross-border project workstreams with US and India counterparts.
