Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking an Associate IT Manager to lead local IT infrastructure, security, and operations at the Alabang site. You will coordinate with the IT Manager and support a small team handling deskside, desktop, network, telephony, and integrations.

You will engage directly with US-based dealership clients during onboarding, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, while ensuring uptime and scalable IT solutions. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• . 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations roles.
• . Direct experience working with US-based clients is a plus.
• . Ability to coordinate relationships across multi-site teams (US, India, Philippines).
• . Strong knowledge of desktop/deskside support, network administration, and systems integration.
• . Excellent spoken and written English for client onboarding and communications.

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure & Operations leadership to maintain local security, availability, and performance.
• Oversee systems integration and solution design for onboarding new clients.
• Coordinate cross-regional stakeholders and communicate with US-based clients during onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a small IT team handling deskside, desktop, network, telephony, and integrations.
• Governance, documentation, and reporting of IT architecture, security, and incident trends.
