Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an IT Team Lead (Alabang) for onsite operations. The role oversees end-to-end IT service delivery, infrastructure reliability, and team execution, combining hands-on technical work with people leadership to ensure stable operations and superior customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6–8 years in IT infrastructure, with leadership experience and Cisco networking expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• 6–8 years in IT infrastructure, networks, and service delivery
• Experience leading teams or shift/module leadership preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead L2 service delivery across Network, Security, VOICE, Server, and Systems teams
• Drive incident, problem and change management with RCA and preventive actions
• Ensure high availability through redundancy checks, capacity monitoring and BCMS/DR drills
• Support service transitions, migrations, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure security, compliance and quality across asset management, audits and governance
• Manage IT assets across their lifecycle and maintain asset records
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and skill development for the team
