Qualifications

• Experience managing Linux and Windows systems.

• Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, load balancing).
• Scripting in Python, Bash or Go for automation.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins/Azure DevOps/Git.
• Configuration management with Ansible/Puppet/Chef.
• Monitoring/observability with Grafana/Prometheus/ELK.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• Experience supporting IT risk controls, audit evidence and remediation.

As a mid-level IT Operations Engineer, you will manage infrastructure and operating environments, respond to incidents, and improve system reliability through automation and continuous improvement. You'll work across enterprise-scale platforms and collaborate with global teams to ensure our systems remain secure, available, and resilient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Linux and Windows environments
• Supporting virtualized and containerized platforms

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

• Strong experience managing Linux and Windows systems
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or similar technologies
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Exposure to cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, firewalls, and load balancing

Engineering & Operations

• Scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, Go, or similar technologies
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Git
• Configuration management experience using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms including Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK
• Experience in incident and problem management

Essential Requirement

Experience supporting IT risk controls, audit activities, compliance requirements, or remediation tracking

Nice to Have

• Database knowledge (SQL)
• Experience with disaster recovery and high-availability environments
