Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage Linux and Windows environments, oversee virtualization and container platforms, and drive reliability through automation. You will work across cloud, on-prem, and modern automation to improve performance and resilience.

You will collaborate with global teams to monitor and optimize infrastructure, implement CI/CD, and contribute to security and architecture initiatives in a diverse, international setting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Linux and Windows systems.
• Virtualization technologies such as VMware or equivalent.
• Container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Cloud platforms experience: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, firewalls, load balancing.

You will manage infrastructure and operating environments, respond to incidents, and improve system reliability through automation. This role blends hands-on engineering with operational ownership, giving you exposure to cloud, containers, and enterprise-scale platforms. Your focus will include:

• Managing Linux and Windows environments
• Supporting virtualized and containerized platforms
• Monitoring system performance and resolving incidents
• Automating repetitive operational tasks
• Improving reliability, availability, and scalability

About the team

You will join a globally connected operations environment supporting Retail Banking services. The team works across infrastructure, platforms, and applications— collaborating closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams. Required skills

We’re looking for engineers who are curious, proactive, and comfortable working across technologies. Core technical skills:

• Strong experience with Linux and Windows systems
• Virtualization (VMWare or similar)
