Qualifications

• Experience managing Linux/Windows environments in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware or equivalent).
• Hands-on with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, load balancing).
• Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
• Configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Monitoring and observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Incidents and problem management in production environments.

About the team

You will join a globally connected operations environment supporting both Wholesale and Retail Banking services. The team works across infrastructure, platforms, and applications—collaborating closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams.
