Job summary

Daniel P. O’Reilly and Company (DPO&Co.) in Manila is seeking an IT Support & Operations Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for employees, administer Microsoft 365 suites, manage devices, and maintain documentation across locations.

You will escalate complex issues to the IT Manager, ensure security and compliance, and support business applications during integrations and technology projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune device management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Resourceful enough to figure out most issues on your own.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve end-user support requests.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage Windows devices through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Provision and deprovision of user accounts, licenses, and access permissions.
• Support endpoint security, email security, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset records, and standard operating procedures.
• Support business applications and assist with acquisitions, integrations, and technology projects.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve internet and other network related issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager when appropriate.
