After several successful years and completing over 170 engagements, we have also entered the Principal Investing arena, closing our first deal on a Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing company in September 2020. The team spans globally with team members in Chicago, Puerto Rico, Denver, Colombia, Indonesia, and India. Our BPO team has tripled since 2020 and we are looking for new team members who could elevate our team’s experience and skills to the next level!
Position Summary
Provide day-to-day technical support for company employees, administer Microsoft 365 and endpoint management systems, resolve user issues, maintain documentation, and support IT operations across multiple business locations. The position serves as the primary escalation point for end-user support and works closely with the IT Manager
