• Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT systems, including servers, networks, hardware and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide technical support to all employees regarding software, hardware, and network-related issues
• Assist in planning for the organization’s IT needs and future growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in a related position is a plus but not required
• Networking, system administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and database management
