Job summary

BSA Solutions Inc. is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning solutions for IT systems and business processes.

You will translate complex technical information into engaging training experiences and apply instructional design principles to scalable content. The role reports to the Organizational Change Management Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, learning and development, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing digital learning content using Adobe Captivate or comparable rapid authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning solutions, including eLearning courses, simulations, assessments, microlearning, job aids, and instructor-led training materials.
• Develop and maintain learning content, curricula, learning paths, and assessments within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Apply instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning science to create effective and measurable learning experiences.
• Create interactive digital learning experiences using Adobe Captivate and other rapid authoring and multimedia development tools.
• Partner with IT subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and transform complex technical and business process information into clear, structured, learner-friendly content.
