Qualifications

• Must have ability to interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional design and media solutions.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans, curricula, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of current instructional theories for online and instructor-led learning programs.
• Proficiency in Captivate, Storyline or similar content designing & authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with LOBs and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs.
• Conducts needs assessments to identify training needs and evaluate training outcomes.
• Consults on training programs across organization-wide initiatives and projects.
• Designs, develops, delivers and consults on training projects using various formats.
