Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Pasay is seeking an accomplished IT leader to guide the company's technology strategy and digital transformation.

Responsibilities include aligning IT initiatives with growth priorities, overseeing governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity, and building high-performing teams across AVPs and senior leaders. This role is full-time and onsite in Dayshift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years IT leadership experience, incl. 5+ years in senior executive role.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation programs with AI, cloud technologies, cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated experience managing AVPs, senior leaders, and large multi-functional technology teams.
• Strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation leveraging AI, cloud, automation, and data analytics.
• Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and business continuity.
• Lead and develop AVPs and senior leaders, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage IT operations, budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investments for scalable solutions.
