Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Filipino national.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns and brand growth.
• Experience managing teams, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• FinTech or high-growth digital businesses preferred.
• Professional English proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives and market expansion.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, brand activation and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Manage, mentor and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance and growth.
• Oversee relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers and external vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs and ROI to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product teams, operations and public affairs for consistent brand execution.
• Ensure all marketing communications comply with Philippine financial advertising regulations.
