Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking an IT Infrastructure and Security Engineer for the EMEAA region. The role ensures optimal IT infrastructure across country offices, commissaries and stores, with strong focus on incident resolution and security compliance.

You will partner with leadership to shape architecture strategy, lead audits, manage DR/BCP, and oversee vendor relationships to deliver reliable services and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience, with 5+ years in information security.
• Proficient with network management tools (SolarWinds).
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security operations.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws (preferred).
• Experience coordinating with cybersecurity vendors and local IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise.
• Develop and implement IT security strategies.
• Conduct regular infrastructure and security audits and risk assessments.
• Oversee incident response and service requests delivery.
• Manage disaster recovery architecture and testing of BCP.
• Review vendor contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
