Job summary

Jollibee Group of Companies is seeking a Facilities Management Officer to lead the management of company facilities, utilities, and workplace support services in a manufacturing environment. The role ensures safe, efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and business continuity across the site.

The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering degree, a professional license, and at least three years of facilities management experience, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Licensed Engineer or equivalent license required.
• At least three years of facilities management experience.
• Strong background in facilities and property management and preventive maintenance.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willing to be assigned onsite in Danao, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings, utilities, facilities, and surrounding premises.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance for facility equipment and systems (HVAC, genset, CCTV, FDAS, fire protection).
• Supervise security, housekeeping, transportation, waste management, reception, and admin services.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, asset lifecycle plans, and expenditures.
• Lead infrastructure projects and capital investment initiatives to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Promote continuous improvement, sustainability, safety, and business continuity at the site.
