Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking an EMEAA R&D Junior Manager in Ortigas, Pasig to lead product development and governance for regional markets. You will drive menu architecture, establish standards, and support supply chain and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with Marketing, RS, Purchasing, Commissary, IM and Operations to deliver new products from concept to launch, while maintaining cost efficiency and quality across the EMEAA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in BS Food Technology, BS Chemistry or related field.
• At least 5 years of extensive R&D experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• PFT license is an advantage but not a hard requirement.
• Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig City and travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develops menu architecture completion for assigned EMEAA markets.
• Develops and standardizes commercial processes for new product profiles.
• Manages development timelines for new product launches based on Marketing Calendar across countries in the market.
• Establishes product and quality standards within Regional Guardrails.
• Establishes product costings and supports target GM achievement.
• Coordinates with Marketing, RS, Purchasing, Commissary, IM, Operations, Supply Chain for L launch.
