Job summary

Dreamlife International (Cebu City Headquarters) seeks an experienced IT leader to manage on‑premise and cloud infrastructure, network security, ERP/HRMS deployments, and enterprise software integration. Qualifications

7–10 years in IT with 3–5 years in supervisory/managerial role.
Proven track record managing IT teams, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Manage on‑premise and cloud infrastructure.
Oversee ERP, HRMS, and enterprise software deployment & integration.
Lead end‑to‑end IT projects from planning to go‑live.
Align IT strategy with organizational goals and business operations.
Lead IT budget, procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
