Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT system integration and implementation projects. You will manage from initiation to go-live, coordinating clients, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

The role requires experience in system integration, IT implementation, ERP projects or infrastructure initiatives, with strong planning, risk management, and communication skills. Hybrid work setup with 3 days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with system integration, IT implementation or enterprise technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT integration and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Manage requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Monitor progress, budget, resource allocation, and overall delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Ensure alignment with project lifecycle and stakeholder expectations.

PROJECT MANAGER – SYSTEM INTEGRATION & IT IMPLEMENTATION

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT system integration and implementation projects. The successful candidate will manage projects from initiation and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live while coordinating clients, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager with experience in system integration, IT implementation, enterprise solutions, ERP implementation, infrastructure projects, or other client-facing technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT integration and implementation projects from project kickoff through go-live and handover
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and milestones
• Coordinate with clients, technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution
• Manage project requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests
• Monitor project progress, budget, resource allocation, and overall delivery
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project status updates
• Coordinate system integration, implementation, SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify project risks and issues and drive appropriate resolution and escalation
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Support project documentation, implementation plans, reports, and project handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• Experience handling System Integration, IT Implementation, or enterprise technology projects
• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through implementation and go-live
• Experience working with clients and managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience coordinating technical teams, vendors, or third-party technology providers
• Agile project management experience is required; Hybrid methodology experience is an advantage
• Experience with SIT, UAT, deployment, migration, or go-live activities
• Strong project planning, risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP certification is an advantage
• PSM or other Agile certification is an advantage
