Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion, coordinating technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role requires 3–4 years of IT project management experience and familiarity with software development, system implementation, and IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with expertise in Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role.
• Experience handling software development, system implementation, infrastructure, or IT projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in IT Solutions, Software Development, Technology services, or Systems integration is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with technical and business teams.
