Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing enterprise backups and disaster recovery.
• Experience supporting enterprise networks.
• Experience managing outsourced IT vendors or MSPs.
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Experience implementing infrastructure security best practices.

Responsibilities

• MSP oversight and performance management aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
• Backup and cloud management including DR readiness and cost optimization.
• Cloud and Microsoft 365 management including user accounts and licensing.
• Reporting, documentation, and communication of system health and incidents.
