Job summary

ASIAPRO MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE is seeking a Service Desk Operator to join our IT helpdesk team at St. Luke's Medical Center, Quezon City. The role requires a diploma or degree in IT/CS, 1-2 years in IT helpdesk or support, and familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools. You will troubleshoot Windows/macOS issues and assist users with Microsoft 365 and AD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Systems Engineering or related technical field.
• 1-2 years of IT helpdesk, customer service or technical support experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote desktop tools, Windows/macOS, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation and customer service skills.
• ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or relevant Microsoft certification is an advantage.
