Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in call center, service desk, dispatch, or emergency-response environment.

• Basic knowledge of monitoring systems, building management or alarm/ emergency consoles is an advantage.
• Accurate typing, data entry, call handling, and incident logging skills.
• Good communication and prompt coordination of concerns.
