Job summary

Austal Philippines Pty Limited is seeking an IT Helpdesk/IT Support Specialist to assist the corporate IT team with systems, infrastructure, and local user support at the PSO site in Cebu. You will log requests, perform initial diagnostics, and coordinate with global IT teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 5+ years in IT service delivery and strong Office 365/Windows skills. Relevant Cisco/VMware/SharePoint credentials are a plus, and ITIL experience is preferred for incident and problem
