Austal Philippines is seeking an IT Officer III to support corporate IT systems and local IT infrastructure in Cebu. You will manage the IT helpdesk, handle initial fault triage, and coordinate with global IT teams to resolve major issues, while maintaining asset records and security policies.

Ideal candidates have strong Office365 and Windows Server experience, ITIL familiarity, and Cisco/networking knowledge, with 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar degrees.
• Preferably with 5 years of systems or IT experience including system support, integration, design, analysis and implementation.
• Practical knowledge of print queue and printer setup.
• Working knowledge of Office365 administration.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows Server, VMware).
• Practical knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, Cisco switching and routing, Wireless networking and internet security and connectivity.
• Working knowledge of the ITIL service desk processes (Incident, Issue, Problem, Change and Configuration management).
• Experience with Pronto, 2 Interact, SharePoint, Microsoft SCCM.
• ITIL V3 foundation or practitioner qualifications.
• Cisco Qualifications or training towards CCENT, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, or other.
• Microsoft Certifications such as MCSE, MCP, or other

Responsabilités

• Manage an IT helpdesk, logging all requests into the corporate helpdesk system, and assigning to appropriate resolution queues.
• Provide initial fault diagnosis and triage for minor issues, coordinating with level 2 and 3 resources for major issues.
• Facilitate communication between the group IT team and the PSO operations, including outage notices.
• Create and maintain configuration records for all IT assets on site.
• Assist IT ISECO in ensuring Information Security policies are communicated and enforced at the local site.
