• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in IT Consulting.
• Amenable to work on site; able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales and marketing process from prospecting leads through research, scheduling, pitching, negotiating, accreditation, contract processing to closing.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions and progress in the system.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase company sales and profit through acquisition of new clients.
• Cultivate and maintain good business relationships with key client POCs; regular touch bases and seek new opportunities.
• Ensure smooth transition of newly acquired clients to Account Officers.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to address client concerns and improve services and processes.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance services and stay aligned with the fast-paced IT industry.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor and Management.
