Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance & IT Administration Specialist to support IT operations in the Philippines. You will track OpEx/CapEx, assist in budget variance reporting, and help process IT purchases.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in finance administration or IT support operations; experience with ERP/Accounting software and strong Excel skills; and the ability to manage vendor relationships with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 2+ years of experience in finance administration, procurement, or IT support operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, PO-to-invoice workflows, and budget tracking.
• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, strong communication, and vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Budget Tracking: Monitor IT OpEx/CapEx, assist in tracking budgets, and prepare monthly variance reports.
• IT Procurement & Purchasing: Process PRs and issue POs for IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.
• Invoice & Vendor Management: Review, reconcile, and code IT vendor invoices against POs and contracts; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Asset & License Administration: Maintain documentation for software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, hardware assets, and service contracts.
• Operational & Administrative Support: Serve as primary admin contact for IT vendor relations, records, and cross-department coordination.
