Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced billing and disbursement professional in the Philippines.

The role focuses on identifying bottlenecks, implementing process efficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline disbursement, billing, and collection cycles. The position requires at least 5 years in billing, collections, and disbursement management, with strong accounting knowledge and ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Minimum 5 years in billing, collections, and disbursement management.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
Proficiency in ERP and accounting software (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Identify bottlenecks in disbursement, billing, and collection cycles and implement process efficiencies.
Analyze unit performance data to forecast workflow volumes and support decision-making.
Maintain dashboards for disbursements, billing, and collections and track KPIs.
Coordinate with IT for system upgrades and perform UAT to ensure efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial controls and assist in audits.
Develop and update SOPs for the department.
