Working Hours:

• Saturday coverage may be required, with a potential schedule of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, recruiting across multiple markets, and coordinating technician availability and scheduling.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience with IT field service dispatch companies, managed service providers (MSPs), or on-demand technician staffing.
• Experience maintaining a network or database of field service technicians across multiple markets.
