Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented IT Contract & Lifecycle Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of core technology vendors, cloud services, and software licenses. You will own the contract repository, track renewal timelines, and negotiate terms to maximize value while ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and internal policies.

This role bridges IT procurement and operations and supports global teams.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field; relevant experience.
• :Strong ability to interpret complex IT software agreements, MSAs, and CSP agreements.
• :Proven track record of negotiating enterprise software/infrastructure agreements for favorable terms.
• :Proficiency with CLM software and procurement systems; advanced Excel for cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the IT infrastructure contract repository and renewal schedules.
• Lead end-to-end renewal processes for hardware, software, and cloud subscriptions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, licensing metrics, and pricing with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and ensure compliance with standards.
