Dexcom Inc. invites an IT Contract & Lifecycle Specialist to manage end-to-end lifecycle for core vendors, cloud environments, and digital systems. You will own contract repositories, drive renewals, and ensure compliance across PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 standards.

You will negotiate terms with IT leadership, track expirations, and collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Legal, and Finance to align terms with budgets and risk thresholds. 0-5% travel and a US Pacific Time schedule are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Contract literacy and ability to interpret MSAs and CSP agreements.
• Strong negotiation skills for enterprise software/infrastructure.
• Proficient with CLM tools, Coupa, ServiceNow, and Excel for forecasting.

Aufgaben

• Lifecycle tracking: maintain IT infrastructure contract repository and renewal calendars.
• Lead end-to-end renewal processes for hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Negotiate terms, licensing metrics, and pricing for renewals and expansions.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, uptime, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and internal security policies.
• Resolve contract disputes or billing discrepancies with partners.
• Identify opportunities for license consolidation and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, InfoSec, and Finance on terms and budgets.
