Job summary

Dexcom is a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and is seeking a Staff Buyer to join the Procurement and Supplier Management team in Manila. You will drive compliance, review and approve POs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a global supply chain.

You will work with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and eProcurement platforms such as Coupa, while leveraging MS Office and Smartsheet to improve processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; strong admin and accounting experience.
• Willing to work during US Pacific Time business hours.
• Fluent in English with clear, effective communication.
• Extensive procurement experience, ideally in Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, IT, facilities, operations, or sales/distribution.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders with complete documentation.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, IT, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit to improve processes.
• Run open PO reports and support month-end/quarter-end activities.
• Identify opportunities for contracts, punchouts, and supplier catalogs.
• Manage supplier onboarding/offboarding and negotiate payment terms.
• Create and maintain procurement process flows; lead improvement initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities meet compliance and governance standards.
• Prepare presentations and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct procurement training and office hours to improve policy knowledge.
• Support bid process and assist Sourcing Manager with IT category sourcing.
