Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Change & Release Management Analyst in Metro Manila to ensure changes are recorded, evaluated, and implemented in a controlled manner.

The role requires hands-on experience with ITIL Change Enablement, Change Governance, and ServiceNow Change & Release Management, plus ability to manage multiple changes and CAB approvals in complex environments. You'll coordinate risk assessments, perform post-implementation reviews, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Change Enablement/Management with ITIL Change Enablement principles.
• Ability to assess change-related risks across service, business, operational, and technical dimensions.
• Understanding of Standard, Normal, Emergency, and Major changes and related approvals.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, audit/compliance, and continual improvement.
• Experience in multi-vendor governance and transition-to-support activities.
• Proficient in ServiceNow Change & Release Management modules.

SUMMARY: Ensures that changes are recorded, evaluated, classified, prioritized, authorized, planned, implemented, documented, and reviewed in a controlled and consistent manner.

IT Change & Release Management Analyst

• Demonstrated experience in IT Change Enablement/Management with a strong foundation in ITIL Change Enablement principles and best practices
• Proven ability to assess and evaluate change-related risks, including service, business, operational, and technical impacts
• Strong understanding of Standard, Normal, Emergency, and Major changes, including associated governance and approval processes
• Strong understanding of change governance frameworks, audit requirements, compliance controls, and continual service improvement practices
• Ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and drive Change Management maturity initiatives
• Experience in multi-vendor governance, coordination, and transition-to-support activities within complex enterprise environments
• Proficient in the use and administration of ServiceNow Change Management and Release Management modules
• Strong facilitation, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple changes, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
