The Change Administrator will work closely with the Change Specialist, Service Management team, and various stakeholders to ensure change requests are complete, properly assessed, approved, scheduled, implemented, and documented.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess submitted Change Requests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Change Management procedures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure changes are properly documented, assessed, approved, and scheduled.
- Support risk and impact assessments to identify potential business and technical impacts of proposed changes.
- Monitor approved changes through implementation and ensure adherence to Change Management policies and procedures.
- Support the Change Specialist during Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings by:
- Preparing CAB meeting materials and agendas.
- Publishing meeting minutes.
- Tracking and following up on action items.
- Facilitate CAB meetings when required.
- Prepare and maintain Change Management reports, metrics, and dashboards as needed.
- Support the Change Specialist during internal and external audits.
- Participate in testing and deployment activities related to patches, upgrades, and enhancements to the ServiceNow Change Management module.
- Collaborate with the Service Management team and other ITSM process owners to support related Service Management activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve Change Management processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure Change Management records and documentation are maintained accurately and consistently.
- Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by IT Management.
