The Change Management Analyst owns the end-to-end operational execution of the people side of change during system rollouts, digital transformations, and process optimization projects. Working closely with Business, IT, HR, and the PMO, this role is responsible for the entire change lifecycle: from initial baseline readiness assessments and impact mapping, through communications and training deployment, to long-term post-go-live adoption auditing and reinforcement tracking.
Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant experience as a Change Management Analyst, PMO Analyst, HR Transformation Specialist, or Corporate Communications Coordinator.
Proven experience participating across all phases of a software rollout, digital transformation, or system implementation lifecycle (from kickoff to post-launch).
Methodology Mastery: Practical understanding and application of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
Data Analytics & Dashboarding: Strong proficiency in gathering raw metrics from surveys or systems, organizing data, and building clear tracking dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Jira dashboards).
Project Management Lifecycles: Clear understanding of how organizational change milestones align with technical IT project timelines (Waterfall and Agile).
Empathetic & Clear Communication: Excellent writing and presentation skills; ability to translate complex technical system features into benefit-driven, everyday language.
Organized & Detailed: High attention to detail with a track record of keeping complex communication schedules, stakeholder lists, and training trackers perfectly up to date.
Cross-Functional Diplomat: Comfortably collaborating with a diverse matrix of teams, from deeply technical IT developers to non-technical business end-users.
