Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Change Manager to oversee IT Change Control processes ensuring changes are logged, reviewed, and implemented in a controlled, compliant, and risk-aligned manner. The role will lead assessments, authorization paths (Standard, Normal, Emergency), and coordinate with Delivery, Security, and Business units to minimize disruption while meeting regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include deployment readiness, post-implementation review, and continuous improvement of change

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Change Management, ITSM, or technology governance.
• Experience in regulated banking/financial services environments.
• Experience managing large-scale or business-critical changes.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based change management practices.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce IT Change Control processes to ensure controlled changes.
• Assess and classify change requests by risk, impact, and complexity; determine approval paths.
• Facilitate change review sessions and manage Change Advisory Board escalations.
• Verify readiness for production deployment with required documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate deployment calendars with cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement in change control.
