Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated is seeking an IT Business Analyst to translate business needs into system requirements and process changes. You will design and refine business processes, manage project scope, and provide high-level estimates aligned with timelines.

Responsibilities include preparing BRD/FSD documents, supporting SIT/UAT test work, and coordinating with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful Go-Live and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT Business Analyst experience in Banking/Financial Services, Lending, or FinTech.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design for system development and enhancement projects.
• Strong experience in preparing and maintaining BRD, FSD, and process diagrams.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with business users, project managers, developers, QA teams, and vendors.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT/Go-Live activities and test design.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and gather business requirements for system development
• Design, modify, and create business processes to implement business transformation solutions
• Control the scope of the project to meet the project timeline
• Provide high-level estimates based on business requirements
• Manage the team and represent a point of escalation
• Develop, maintain, and obtain sign-off of BRD and FSD documentation
• Develop, maintain, and obtain sign-off of the Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• Assist on SIT and UAT test scenarios/cases based on business scenarios and FSD
• Work with business on updating processes based on new requirements
• Provide support during SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live activities
