Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting business transformation, process improvement, or technology projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Experience writing detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Experience supporting or facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Exposure to project management methodologies and project coordination activities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Create detailed business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Assist in project planning, tracking, implementation, and change management activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend business solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives, requirements, and quality standards.
