White & Case Global Operations Center Manila is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Makati. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into data structures that improve usability, reporting and platform integration.

You will model data, govern data relationships, and lead stakeholder interviews to deliver practical solutions, while ensuring data accuracy across complex systems in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles, including 3 years in architecture-related functions.
• Experience with data modeling, systems integration, data governance, and architecture tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with requirements-gathering experience.

IT Business Analyst

Position Summary

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team. Internally known as an Information Architecture Analyst, this role will partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand system objectives, analyze underlying data and data relationships, then translate requirements into practical data structures that improve usability, reporting and integration across platforms.

What we are looking for:

• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or comparable analytical roles, including 3 years supporting architecture-related functions.

• Demonstrated experience in data modeling, systems integration, data governance practices and architecture tools.

• Strong analytical, communication and requirements-gathering skills, with the ability to lead complex stakeholder interviews and translate findings into practical solutions.

• Highly detail-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity while working independently.

What you will do:

• Analyze requested data structures and correlate them to existing data structures.

• Design and implement enhancements to data models to improve data integration and efficiency.

• Work closely with developers and business units to ensure the desired data sets are understood and can be efficiently implemented, making adjustments where required.

• Must have a good comprehension of concept models and develop a strong understanding the conceptual data models of the Firm.

• Responsible for creating the conceptual diagrams and other documentation that become the specification for new integrations.

• Contribute to the design of standard practices for the management of the information architecture repository.

• Provide technical support and training to other departments on how to access and use data systems.

• Support data migration projects, ensuring alignment with target architectures.

• Responsible for maintaining the Enterprise Architecture capability model and application portfolio.

Additional Information

• Work Location: Ayala Triangle Garden Tower 2, Makati City

• Work Setup: Onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Must be amenable to working on US based shift or based on business needs and providing holiday support.
