Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams. You will document BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process flows, and support solution design, testing, and UAT.

This hybrid role is based in Makati City, Philippines, with start ASAP or within two weeks. A minimum of five years in technology projects and a solid SDLC background are required.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of SDLC including design, testing, deployment and support.
• Experience creating BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process flows and use cases.
• Knowledge of UAT processes including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role within technology-driven projects.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience creating comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.

• Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Candidate must be willing to work Hybrid set up at Makati City, and can start ASAP or 2 weeks
