Responsibilities

• Capture: Document business requests by aligning with business functions and gathering detailed requirements. Define and capture business requirements, develop technical solution concepts in collaboration with internal and external partners, and support implementation.
• Analyse: Assess and analyze business processes in the context of changes to business applications to ensure efficiency. Facilitate ongoing alignment between business and IT on the delivery of functionalities through business applications.
• Manage: Oversee and manage business request initiatives and coordinate the prioritization and scoping of requirements. Ensure adherence to architectural and design standards during implementation. Mentor and coach junior business analysts.
• Contribute: Share knowledge and insights with engineering and operations teams to drive continuous improvement of business applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Business, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in the financial industry
• Familiarity with traditional/hybrid waterfall and agile/lean methodologies
• Hands-on experience with one or more Enterprise Agile Frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM)
• Solid understanding of the IT application development lifecycle
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and agile mindset
• Exceptional communication and time-management skills
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of business analysts
