Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a seasoned IT project leader to drive digital transformation initiatives in a healthcare context from Cebu City. The ideal candidate holds an IT/CS degree with 5 years in IT and at least 2+ years of US healthcare exposure, and is proficient in agile and waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Information Technology, plus at least 2+ years in US healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).
• Experience in IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exposure to cross-functional and stakeholder management activities.
