You will work with stakeholders, product teams, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include requirements management, process analysis, and documentation across BRDs/FRS, ensuring alignment with IT and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT/digital transformation projects in healthcare.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with BRD and FRS documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The responsibilities of a Business Analyst are outlined but not limited to the following:

Business Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

Business Process Analysis

• Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and workflow documentation.
• Recommend process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Support business transformation and digitalization projects.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users, management, IT teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve requirement-related issues.
• Conduct requirement review and sign-off sessions.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Develop training materials and user guides.
• Support change management and end-user adoption activities

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Master’s Degree with 5 years in Inforamtion technology, Computer science Engineering with at least 2+ years in healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).
• Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects within the healthcare industry.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exposure to cross-functional and stakeholder management activities.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences
