Responsibilities
- Assist in attending to hardware-related concerns.
- Support the efficient management of IT infrastructure.
- Ensure that all servers are running at optimal performance.
- Assist in hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Conduct installation of software and applications to servers.
- Perform testing of new devices before deployment.
- Assist in monitoring inventory of servers and its specifications.
- Address employee's IT-related inquiries.
- Assist in updating the server and push the updates to workstations.
