Data Generation & Data Management

• Collect, consolidate, and generate operational, sales, inventory, and system data from multiple sources
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports for management (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Implement data validation and control procedures to minimize errors

System Management

• Monitor system performance and resolve data-related or system-related issues
• Manage user access, permissions, and system security

Inventory Management & IT Support

• Maintain accurate system-based inventory records (inbound, outbound, adjustments, transfers)
• Reconcile physical inventory with system data and investigate discrepancies
• Generate inventory movement, aging, and variance reports
• Support barcode, scanning, and inventory tracking technologies
• Assist operations and warehouse teams in system-related inventory processes

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and information security policies
• Maintain audit-ready system logs and inventory records
