The role focuses on scoping, planning, and coordinating across IT teams and vendors in a fast-paced environment. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks, track progress, and report to management, while leveraging Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise IT systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular project updates to management.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and successful project implementation.
