Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development and system integration initiatives in the Philippines.

You will drive Agile/Scrum teams, manage SDLC activities, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS and 5+ years in IT project management, with hands-on UAT, migrations, deployments, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience managing software development and systems integration projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA, Business Analysts, DevOps, and UI/UX.
• Hands-on experience with UAT, system migration, deployment, and system rollouts.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and system integrations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across the full SDLC, from planning and execution through deployment and rollout.
• Lead and coordinate Agile/Scrum teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Monitor project timelines, scope, risks, issues, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate UAT, system migration, deployment, and rollout activities.
• Track project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
