Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as IT Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering complex IT projects.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with continuous delivery concepts, release management, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, quality, timeline and budget alignment.
• Monitor service performance and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks/dependencies.
• Prepare status reports for stakeholders and drive process improvements.
