Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in IT project or delivery management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IT projects and programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Experience managing stakeholders, risks, budgets, and resources.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and system integration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, programs, and technology initiatives from planning through to closure.
• Develop and maintain project delivery plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional IT teams.
• Manage project scope, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder discussions when required.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and capacity planning across projects.
