Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years in L3 support within Managed IT or Service Delivery environments.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Azure.

Solid networking skills (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, HPE, Aruba, Ubiquiti).

Experience with VMware, Hyper‑V, backup solutions (Veeam, ArcServe).

Proficient in PowerShell scripting, basic Linux, Microsoft SQL, and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing improvements as needed.
